foreign weve been having a bit of a challenge Im happy to share that in in real selection has been when weve got some of those maybe deals and getting them to closes now what I think good recruiters do well what recruiters do is they just hope things are going to come through and theyll just let things happen and sometimes they do and you know the client closes it for you what good recruiters do is they start to work on things when offers come in uh what great recruiters do is they have and qualify everything towards the end the ideal scenario and if it doesnt do this which always sometimes it doesnt for me and put yourself in some kind of high horse here but if you have a process that gets to offer and they dont accept the role youve made a mistake and you wont reflect back and see what youve missed out now sometimes you will get there and youll know theyre not going to accept but they get the offer and they go for another job fair enough you can still maybe change things

The SQL JOIN is a command clause that combines records from two or more tables in a database. It is a means of combining data in fields from two tables by using values common to each table. If youre working with databases, at some point in your work you will likely need to use SQL JOINs.
Example. Here, the SQL command selects customerid and firstname columns (from the Customers table) and the amount column (from the Orders table). And, the result set will contain those rows where there is a match between customerid (of the Customers table) and customer (of the Orders table).
JOIN is an SQL clause used to query and access data from multiple tables, based on logical relationships between those tables. In other words, JOINS indicate how SQL Server should use data from one table to select the rows from another table.
In a query, a relationship is represented by a join. When you add tables to a query, Access creates joins that are based on relationships that have been defined between the tables. You can manually create joins in queries, even if they do not represent relationships that have already been defined.
Four types of joins: left, right, inner, and outer. In general, youll only really need to use inner joins and left outer joins. Which join type you use depends on whether you want to include unmatched rows in your results: If you need unmatched rows in the primary table, use a left outer join.
SQL RIGHT JOIN Syntax of RIGHT JOIN. The syntax of RIGHT JOIN is: SELECT columns FROM table1 RIGHT JOIN table2 ON table1.columnname = table2.columnname; RIGHT JOIN With WHERE Clause. The SQL command can have an optional WHERE clause with the RIGHT JOIN statement. SQL RIGHT JOIN With AS Alias.
