when editing a document we sometimes need to add related attachments to explain more detail at this time we can use the insert attachment function to open the attachment in the original file directly it can greatly improve our work efficiency so how can we do that take this document on introduction to monets as an example we can insert his work as an attachment at the end of the document it can make it easier for people who read this document to understand monet click the end of the document then click the file object button in the insert tab in the pop-up window select the file we want to insert then click open now we have inserted it successfully therefore when we double-click the attachment in this document we can open the attachment directly in addition to ordinary documents we can also insert audio files video files etc this is a very useful feature letamp;#39;s use this feature now
