in this video im going to show you how to insert a degree symbol in google sheets so sometimes when working in google sheets you may want to add a degree symbol maybe youre working with temperatures and youre wondering how to do this well theres not a direct way to add a degree symbol in google sheets but there are a few simple methods so im going to show three different ways of getting a degree symbol into your spreadsheet so the first way is just using the keyboard shortcut which is alt and then 0176 on your keyboard so the steps to do this are pretty simple first what you may need to do is press the num lock key now depending on your keyboard you may not need this step but for my keyboard the first thing i need to do is press num lock then what you need to do is double click into the cell where you want to add the degree symbol and then you just press alt and 0176 on your numeric keypad so alt 0176 and you can see it just created this degree symbol now what i can do once i hav
