okay so first of all im going to show you two different methods to do this the first one is using flash fill so we have to type in the first name here with a space in between and then we type in the first letter of the next name and it fills in all of the rest for us and now we can just press enter if flash fill doesnt appear automatically you can select it from here and the keyboard shortcut is ctrl a there are some limitations with flash fill you have to be looking at the column on the left hand side and while it does its best to copy the pattern it doesnt always do it quite right for example frederick robinson here is missing his middle name so we need to type in the name john to give flash phil more information to work with and now when we press enter it updates all of the names but watson wentworth here should have a dash in between it so we can add in this dash here and then update flash fill again and now well just check that all of the names are correct the next method inv
