Multi Column SAP Crystal Reports Open the report you want to format with multiple columns. On the Report menu, click Section Expert. In the Section Expert, highlight Details, and then select Format with Multiple Columns. Click the Layout tab and set the Width you want your column to be.

All available database fields are listed in the Field Explorer. In the Field Explorer, expand Database Fields to view the database tables. Expand a database table and select a database field. Drag the selected field onto the Details section or any other section of the report.
Drag and drop a field from the Field Explorer dialog box to a blank area within the Details section of the report. Note: Fields already included in the report will have a checkmark appearing before the field name in the Field Explorer dialog box.
