here Im going to show you how to create a dynamic invoice for Excel and that means that every time you add an item down here a new line will be added for the next item so that you dont have a bunch of these empty rows like this instead it will look like this and every time we go to add another item lets say for Nexus 7 it will automatically add another row and when were done over here hit enter and we can go to add another item so it makes adding items to the invoice much much easier and when we go to print it its going to look much better without having all of these extra rows and down here if you want to add a new row you have to right click and add the row if you want to remove it you have to do the same thing but over here all that we have to do delete it and its gone delete it and its gone and Im going to show you how to do it using a table like we have right here and we can change the formatting dont worry and where we have no table like this example right here its goin

HMRCs VAT invoice requirements state that a full VAT invoice needs to include: A unique, sequential invoice number. Your business name. Your registered address. Your VAT number. An issue date. A date of supply. Your customers name and address. A description of the goods or services provided.
This means that you dont need to include the net price of each product or service, or include the VAT rate or subtotal. Instead, you simply enter the gross amounts and state the total amount due, including VAT. A simplified VAT invoice also doesnt require the date or customers name and address.
The invoice is an important part of the purchasing process because it specifies all the information and the price. The value-added tax must be included in this document. Many people have doubts about this. If you are one of these people, we will explain how to calculate the VAT on an invoice.
The following must be stated on your invoice: Your VAT identification number and the VAT rate that is applied; The total amount due, excluding and including VAT; Your KVK number (from your registration in the Business Register); The invoice date and number (your invoices must be consecutively numbered);
What needs to be on the Receipt? The name of the retailer. The address of the retailer. The VAT registration number (often found on the back) A description of the goods purchased. The date of sale (tax point)
If your business is registered for VAT, its important that your invoices display your VAT number. If you send an invoice that doesnt include your VAT number, it wont be considered a complete VAT invoice, and this could cause problems when its time to submit your VAT Return.
