From the Overleaf Project menu, you can select GitHub as one of the Synchronization options. This will provide you with a dialog where you can provide the name of a new GitHub repository to synchronize with your Overleaf project.
Creating an Overleaf project from an existing Git repository First, we assume you have git repository on your computer in a folder called my-paper . Create a new project on Overleaf. Find the Git URL for the project (see above). Add the Git URL for the project as a remote in your local project.
