Easily inject caption in WPD to work with documents in various formats

In PowerPoint, in the Normal view, open the slide that has the video that you want to add captions to. Select the video on the slide. On the Playback tab, select Insert Captions, and then select Insert Captions. In the Insert Captions dialog box, browse to your caption file.
If theyre being shy and not popping up, it could be because of how your TV is connected to other devices. This happens with HDMI, Component, or Composite cords sometimes. No worries, though! Just check your other device (like your cable box or game console) for its own closed caption settings.

Subtitles need to be written correctly and formatted precisely in order to function. Extra dashes or spaces within coding lines (sequence and timing indicators) can corrupt an . SRT file, and cause overlaps, display errors or prevent subtitles from functioning at all.
Reception problems can cause Closed Captions to be jumbled, letters or lines may be missing, and Closed Captions can appear at different heights. If there is an issue, try restoring the FACTORY DEFAULT settings and rescanning/retuning your TV or set top box. You may need to refer to your TV user manual.
