Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can set up a signature in Outlook on both the desktop and on the web, and before we jump into it, as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. Why dont we jump into it, that way you could start looking very professional with nice signatures in your emails. Lets jump into it. All right, well here I am on my desktop and what were going to do first is I want to show you how to do it using Outlook desktop. I have Outlook here on my taskbar. Im going to go ahead and click on this. This is the latest version of Outlook, its part of Office 365. Itll probably work if you have an older version of Outlook as well, but I cant promise anything, but signatures havent changed that much. Its been a feature in Outlook for a very long time, so if you follow along, it should work for you regardless of what version you have. So here I am in Outlook. How do you update your signature?

The ORDER BY clause is used to sort the records selected by an SQL query. The selected records can be sorted in: ascending order. alphabetical order from A to Z for the text items.
The ORDER BY keyword is used to sort the result-set in ascending or descending order. The ORDER BY keyword sorts the records in ascending order by default. To sort the records in descending order, use the DESC keyword.
It is possible with the following command. SELECT columnname FROM usertabcols WHERE tablename=UPPER(YourTableName) order by columnname; It will display all columns of your table in alphabetic order.
The ASC command is used to sort the data returned in ascending order.
The ORDER BY statement in SQL is used to sort the fetched data in either ascending or descending ing to one or more columns. By default ORDER BY sorts the data in ascending order. We can use the keyword DESC to sort the data in descending order and the keyword ASC to sort in ascending order.
By default, ORDER BY without any additional specifier sorts in ascending order (equivalent to using the ASC keyword explicitly). As you can probably guess, ASC stands for ascending. If youd like to sort in descending order, simplify specify the DESC keyword after the column name.
How to sort a column alphabetically Select any cell in the column you want to sort. On the Data tab, in the Sort and Filter group, click either A-Z to sort ascending or Z-A to sort descending. Done!
If you want to select records from a table but would like to see them sorted ing to a given column, you can simply use the ORDER BY clause at the end of a SELECT statement. It doesnt matter how complicated or long your SQL query is ORDER BY should always be at the end of the command.
