in this video we are going to see how to add comments to your quotation on the starlight mobi program comments are specific to each project so to add comments your first step is to go to your menu go to your projects and open a specific project once youre in that project you need to select your quotation so go to your menu select quote and select the pdf button now these are your settings for that quotation and if you scroll to the bottom you will see the very last field is comments what i can do there is i can click in that box to add additional comments to this quote so lets say this deposit is due on the 1st of february 2022 so i can put in a note say note deposit due 1st of the 2nd 2022. okay once im finished that i close the keyboard and i can simply click on the done button now what will happen is when i generate the pdf quotes for this project so im going to click on my green tick you will notice im going to zoom in a little bit there before my terms and conditions i have
