In this video tutorial, Fletcher from DJ Event Planner demonstrates how to send an edited contract or document template to a client for electronic signature. Editing a document before sending is necessary when a client requests changes, but it's important to avoid directly editing the contract itself. Instead, focus on editing the information within the event to ensure the contract populates correctly. Only edit the contract if changes need to be made to the content that is not merge tag enabled. Watch the video to learn how to save an edited document to an event and send it for electronic signature.
