To change the thickness of a font in CSS, you can use the font-weight property. This property is used to specify the weight (or thickness) of the font to be used. Common weight values are normal, bold, bolder, and lighter. You can also specify numeric weight values ranging from 100 to 900.
Note that when using relative weights, only four font weights are considered thin (100), normal (400), bold (700), and heavy (900). If a font family has more weights available, they are ignored for the purposes of relative weight calculation.

The font-weight property sets how thick or thin characters in text should be displayed.
To make font weight thin, you can use the CSS property font-weight and set its value to 100 .
Change display size text On your device, open the Settings app. Search and select Font size. To change your preferred font size, move the slider left or right.
From what I understand, value 500 is the normal font weight, and value 700 is the default font weight for bold. However, when I put 599, it did not change the font-weight at all. But when I put 600, it jump to the default font weight of bold. Same results from value 600-900.
