hey guys julie here with your core lab and today im going to take you behind the scenes of an event setup the other day we created this amazing magical forest display that will film 44 lap school but also film behind the scenes so we could give you an idea of what an event setup is really like so before even arriving to the venue we had prepared by building our own custom display boards and by pre-inflating balloons balloons look best when theyre freshly inflated so the night before setting up we inflated about 1 000 balloons for one display and about 5 to 600 balloons for another display as many as we could fit in our truck we still had to inflate more balloons on site but this gave us a great head start after pre-inflating balloons we twisted them into clusters and stored them in mattress bags for easier transportation the next morning we got up bright and early to make the hour drive down to our venue they had blacked off some parking spots for us so we were able to pull up right
