hey everybody doing some work on my 1989 dodge cummins took the bed off the other day with my ford im gonna put a trailer hitch on it and im gonna do leaf spring bushings and leaf spring hangers and shackles heres the main reason i uh started this project and the reason i took the bed off to do a trailer hitch that is not a factory hole heres the hanger that came off torch cut the rivets out the bottom rivets i didnt even have to worry about they were just rusted the heads were rusted right off yeah i already threw the scrap in but the bushing was taken out and a couple pieces it definitely was rusted in there and this frame is pretty well gone only in this one spot so no mark where all these holes are cut this whole bad part out and weld in a new section with properly located holes and i got new spring hangers that i bought online for about 80 bucks a piece and im do the other side as well its not that bad but im gonna do it anyway since im in here and its going to get new
