that very neatly leads me on to another issue which relates to hate symbols legislation um since that legislation was enacted in January this year has the AFP investigated any individuals for alleged offenses including uh displaying a prohibited terrorist organization symbol uh I would have to take that on notice to give you um a 100% accurate answer um I can think of one uh potentially um uh off the top of my head but if I can take that on notice please yep has anyone been charged uh again if I could take that on notice so I given you giving you a 100% accurate answer yep um has the AP already developed kind of internal guidance or directions about whatamp;#39;s reasonably likely to constitute an offense under these Provisions um so certainly we did work uh very closely with the attorney generalamp;#39;s Department uh when the offenses uh first came uh online and also closely with our state and territory counterparts given that um some of these offenses they may be the first law enf
