Hi everyone. This morning in our Zoom meeting we couldnamp;#39;t get the alt text box to come up to label our image, and iamp;#39;m not sure why that was happening, but i do want to show you how to do this now. So here is our Google doc. We have an image here, and weamp;#39;re just going to right-click on the image, and youamp;#39;ll see Alt Text is an option. Now itamp;#39;s more important to fill out the title of the alt text instead of the description. You do not have to put anything in the description box if you donamp;#39;t choose to, but you do have to put a description in the title box. So here weamp;#39;re just going to put Welcome. Thatamp;#39;s the text of this picture, and thatamp;#39;s what we want to convey about that picture. Then click OK, and you should be all set. So just right click on your pictures after you insert them, and you should be able to label them successfully. Thanks for watching, and iamp;#39;ll talk to you later.

Hitting just enter will tell Word to create a new paragraph, not a new line. Creating a new paragraph and not a new line will leave a gap between the text, as this is how a new paragraph is formatted. Using shift-enter will create a new line, and not leave as much of a gap between the text.
