On the stock version of Android that comes with Googles own Pixel phones, you can change the size of the text onscreen by opening Settings and then choosing Display and Font size. As you make changes via the slider at the bottom, youll see how they look on the preview block of text thats displayed above the slider.
As for legibility, the following sizes are a good starting point: To be legible 6 feet use 30 pt. To be legible 10 feet use 48 pt.
To set your computers displayed font size to default: Browse to: StartControl PanelAppearance and PersonalizationDisplay. Click Smaller - 100% (default). Click Apply.
