We focus on extracting key elements such as main dates and checkbox values from a standardized lease agreement. The process begins by selecting "standardized contracts" as the document type and uploading sample contracts to establish parsing rules. Next, we create rules to extract data, starting with the signatory's name by highlighting the relevant area and confirming the selection. A text manipulation filter automatically separates the full name into first and last names. We also establish a rule to extract the signatory's date of birth using a designated date preset.
