Filing Fees The expungement cannot be completed until the full $250 has been paid. An expungement certification (a criminal record report to indicate what records are eligible to be expunged) is required to be filed along with the motion. The cost for an expungement certification is $40.
1) Expungement An expungement essentially erases or vacates your felony record, as if the conviction never happened. 2 If you can get an expungement under Kentuckys expungement statute (KRS 431.073), your gun rights should be automatically restored.
Is the Class-D felony a conviction for abuse of a public office, a sexual offense, against a child, or an offense that resulted in serious bodily injury or death? YES You are not eligible for expungement.
Misdemeanor: Eligible for expungement after 1-year. There is no filing fee. File the Dismissal Form in the court of dismissal. Felony: Eligible for expungement after 3-years.
FINRA will expunge customer dispute information from CRD only if: FINRA receives a court order that directs expungement of the information; or. A court confirms an arbitration award that authorizes such expungement.
The total fee for a felony expungement is $300. A $50 non-refundable filing fee is due at the time the application is filed. If the application is granted, the defendant must pay an expungement fee of $250, which can be made in installment payments. The expungement cannot be completed until the full $250 has been paid.
