Today's tutorial is about signing a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in docHub. To do this, first download docHub from the official website. A digital ID is necessary for this process, containing information such as name, email, organization, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign documents. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, choose preferences, select signatures, then digital IDs, and click add ID. You can also add a digital ID file if you already have one from your organization by selecting this option. Enter your name, department, organization name, and email address to create a new self-sign digital ID.

Customize the Signature Line Template Open LibreOffice on a Linux OS (in this case an arch based distro) Create a document, insert a Signature line with Insert Signature Line. Right click into the signature line box. Click Sign signature line. DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD MORE THAN ONE SCREENSHOT.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
LibreOffice Writer lets you sign digitally a signature line. On signing a signature line, LibreOffice Writer fills the line with the name of signer, adds the digital certificate issuer information and optionally insert the date of signature.

Go to the File menu, open the Digital Signing submenu, and select the Digital Signing option. If the file had not yet been saved, or you have made changes since the last time the file was saved, Libreoffice will now ask you to save the file. Agree to this and save the document.
