Sender Permissions Designated employees in departments will have Sender permission in . This role does not allow the user to create templates, but a Sender can access uploads and templates that Authors have created and send these documents to others for review and signature.
From the Manage tab, click the arrow next to the actions button and choose Correct. This will allow you to edit the envelope recipients. Delete the recipient (click the X to the right when you hover your mouse over their information). Then click the NEXT button and click the CORRECT button to save your changes.
If you need to make a change to content that you previously added to a document or for a signer who has already signed, you will need to void the envelope and complete a new form.
Thank you for docHubing out here in the Community. If the signer that you are trying to remove has not taken any action on the envelope then yes, it can be removed, you will need to Correct the envelope.
Within the document view, there will be an option to Cancel or Void the signature. It is important for users to carefully review the document to ensure they are canceling the correct signature. After selecting the cancellation option, a confirmation prompt will appear.
Adjusting signer information is a crucial part of the post-sent editing process. Users can easily access signer details by navigating to the Sign tab and clicking on the respective signers name to make any necessary changes.
In eSignature Settings, select Permission Profiles. Find the permission profile you want to edit or view. Note: You cannot edit the DS Admin, DS Sender, and DS Viewer permission profiles. Select Actions Edit next to the permission profile.
Select the check box for the user or users you want to remove. You can select the top-level check box to select all the displayed users. Click Remove Users or Remove and Close Users to remove the selected users. Remove Users removes the selected users from your package.
