I recently backed something on either IndieGoGo or Kickstarter and itamp;#39;s arrived from China and I was therefore expecting to pay some sort of VAT import duty, the import tax on that was 12.72. Arrived via FedEx no problem and then I received a text message from FedEx asking me to pay not only the import tax of 12.72 but a direct payment processing fee of 12. What the FFF..FedEx! I mean what is that about? I have no idea.
