okay Im gonna quickly show you how to add page numbers when youre printing in Excel super easy to do normally gone your Home tab here Im just gonna go to the page Layout tab and pick print titles then Im gonna go to this header and footer section and then I can quickly add them just here from this drop-down box to page one a blank for example I could put it at the top here to the page one a blank in there itll show up its both the top e at the bottom if you wanted that for some reason more likely youre only gonna want it one place lets get rid of it here leave this none you can also if you want to move it over to the left or the right you can instead do a custom footer and already inserted my code here so lets just put this paste it here and to the right section tell it okay now when we go to our preview you can see my page numbers down here at the bottom

Add page numbers in Pages on iPad Tap. Make sure Headers or Footers are turned on, then tap More Options at the bottom of the controls. In Document Setup, use two fingers to zoom, then tap the header or footer field where you want the page number to appear. Tap Page Numbers, then tap a numbering style.
Add page numbers to your document Open your document in Pages. On iPhone, tap the More button . Tap Document Options, then tap Document Setup. Tap More Options at the bottom of the controls. Tap in any of the three fields for the header or footer. Tap Page Numbers, then tap a page numbering option.
On the Insert tab, click the Page Number icon, and then click Page Number. Select a location, and then pick an alignment style. Word automatically numbers every page, except designated title pages. To change the numbering style, select Format and then choose the formatting you want to use.
To insert page numbers to the rest of your document: Click outside the Header section (on the first page) and go to Insert tab and select Page Break. Select the header section of page 2 of your document. To adjust header for page 2 on: In the Header Footer group, click on Page Number.
On the Insert tab, click the Page Number icon, and then click Page Number. Select a location, and then pick an alignment style. Word automatically numbers every page, except designated title pages. To change the numbering style, select Format and then choose the formatting you want to use.
To format page numbers to include appendix numbering, follow these steps: Move the insertion point to the page that contains the first appendix title. On the Insert menu, click Page Numbers. Select the intended location for the page number by using the options provided in the Page Numbers popup window.
Tap the Section tab, then tap Page Numbering. If you cant see Page Numbering, tap the Document tab and turn on Headers or Footers, then try again.
You can still edit documents containing tracked changes and vertical text in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. * You cant reduce the size of a shared document, but you can reduce the size of a copy.
