Withdrawn courses, courses taken at different schools, and courses taken multiple times for new credit (i.e., school band, physical education, etc) are not considered repeated. Record full credit values and grades for all repeated courses.
You can make limited changes after you submit your application. You can add new items to certain areas of the Academic History, Supporting Information, and Program Materials sections (e.g., test scores, experiences, optional documents, etc.), where applicable, but you cannot edit existing entries.
To update your coursework: Ensure your applications status is Verified on the Check Status tab. Navigate to the Academic History section. Click Transcript Entry. Click Edit under the school you are updating. Click the blue pencil next to the term you are updating (if you need to add a new term, click Add Term).
Enter Courses for a Completed Term Click Add A Course under the appropriate term. Enter the course code. Enter the course title. Select the course subject. Enter the course credits exactly as they appear on your transcript. Enter the grade exactly as it appears on your transcript, including any pluses or minuses.
Do I need to send transcripts? Yes, you must submit official transcripts to CASPA. See Sending Official Transcripts for more guidelines on each type of transcript.
Enter classes semester by semester, copying the class title, department prefixes and course numbers, credit amount, and the grade received from your official university transcript. This may include 130+ credits of courses! An Academic Status must also be applied to each course taken.
