click on the office button or file in later versions and select word options from the menu on the left select save and then to embed your fonts under preserve fidelity check the embed fonts in this file checkbox to decrease file size check the embed only the characters used in the document check box and leave check the do not embed common system fonts click ok and then your readers will see your word document as you intended thanks for watching bye

To embed fonts into a PDF means to hardwire them into the file so that they dont change. See the below steps to learn how to do this. First you need to ensure that you have a licence to use docHub .
Embed a linked file Choose Embed Link in the Links panel menu. If there are multiple instances of the file, choose Embed All Instances Of [Filename] in the Links panel menu. To embed only one instance, select it and choose Embed Link.

Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK.
