unlike docHub indesign or illustrator you cannot add bleed in photoshop while creating a document if you go to file new you cannot find any option for bleed but in this tutorial i will show you how to easily add bleed in photoshop and also add trim marks for printing lets first create a file for this example ill create a squared argument for an album cover you can select any resolution since this is for printing so i can select cmyk now click the create button ill drag and drop an image lets say this is our album cover and we want to print it right now there is no bleed and we may end up with some white border when we print so lets see how to fix this first we need to add guide lines from the rulers to all four sides if you can see the rulers here then go to view and select rulers theres a keyboard shortcut for this which is controller command and r now drag the guide lines and place them to all the four edge areas one quick tip if you drag a vertical line but you want a horizont
