Embedding an Excel Spreadsheet in Notion Open Notion and navigate to the page where you want to embed the spreadsheet. Click on the + button at the top of the page to add a new block. Select the Embed option from the block menu.
You can also embed individual sheets from a spreadsheet. To do this, go to File Publish to the web Embed and select the sheet you want to embed. Click Publish, then copy the code provided and paste it into your WordPress post or page.
Sheets: Share with specific people or using a link Open the file you want to share (that you own or have edit access to). Click Share. Enter the email addresses or groups that you want to share with. Choose what kind of access you want to give people: Editor, Commenter, or Viewer. Click Send.
Go to the Google Doc you want to embed and copy the link by clicking Share. Navigate to the page that you want to embed the Google Doc on or click Add a page on the Notion side panel.
If youre embedding a spreadsheet, you can show or hide parts of the spreadsheet after you publish to the web. Open a file in Google Sheets. At the top, click File Share. In the window that appears, click Embed. Click Publish. Copy the code in the text box and paste it into your site or blog.
For the sheet to be editable on the website page when you embed it, we need to adjust the access settings. Click on the green Share button in the upper right corner. In the popup link access, you want to Change to anyone with the link.
If you need to link to another spreadsheet (sheet or tab of a different Google Sheets document), then you need IMPORTRANGE. Its a Google Sheets function that allows you to import a data range from one spreadsheet to another.
How to embed a file in Excel Open a spreadsheet in Excel. Find a spreadsheet on your computer that you want to merge with another file. Find a section to insert the file. Access the Insert tab. Find the Object button. Click Create from File Confirm your choice.
