[Music] hey everybody Rochelle we captain back here with connecting cultures Aaron Rosales we wanted to continue some conversations with you not often that were able to get together and just kind of hash things out and talk tends to I think be interesting its a lot of years of experience together and we just wanted to share some more today we are going to be talking a little bit about the code of ethics but not in the way that youre probably expecting yeah so the code of ethics you know has the breakdown of all the different tenants and so there will be time and space to talk about you know the different tenants that are you know cannons whatever you like to call them from confidentiality and partially on the role boundaries all that good stuff but what we want to talk about is just kind of the general concept of the code of ethics how it fits into our professional experience in our professional role right so theres seems to be a school of thought out there that the code of ethics

Removing fonts with PDF editing application. Open the PDF in docHub, click Advanced and choose PDF Optimizer. Select only the Fonts checkbox in the left pane. Select the font you want to remove from the Embedded fonts pane. Click Unembed and click OK.
Open the file you want to embed fonts in. On the application (PowerPoint or Word) menu, select Preferences. In the dialog box, under Output and Sharing, select Save. Under Font Embedding, select Embed fonts in the file.
Some Office apps let you embed fonts in your documents. That way, if you share your document with someone else who doesnt have the same fonts installed that you do, the fonts, layout, and styling of the document wont change, and special characters wont turn into meaningless rectangles.
When a font cannot be embedded because of the font vendors settings, and someone that opens or prints the PDF does not have access to the original font, a Multiple Master typeface is temporarily substituteddocHubSerifMM for a missing serif font, and docHubSansMM for a missing sans serif font.
Open the PDF in docHub Reader or docHub. Navigate to File Properties. Click the Fonts tab. If a font has the phrase (Embedded Subset) after the font name, then embedding is allowed.
