Navigate to Certificates (Local Computer); choose the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store to import the certificate; right click the store and choose All Tasks Import ; Follow the wizard and provide the certificate file you have.
To Add a Trusted Root Certificate to the Group Policy Object Open the Certificates (MMC) snap-in. Select Computer account, and click Next. Select Local computer, then click Next. Click Certificates Trusted Root Certification Authorities Certificates.
In the Servers view, right-click your Liberty server, and select Utilities Create SSL Certificate. On the Create SSL Certificate page, you can create a default secure socket layer (SSL) certificate to use with your server. In the Keystore password field, type a password for your SSL certificate.
Procedure Retrieve a certificate from another server by clicking Retrieve from port. Enter the Host name, SSL Port, and Alias of the web server. Click Retrieve Signer Information and then click OK. The root certificate is added to the list of signer certificates. Click OK.
Adding your certificate to the Microsoft Windows certificate From the Windows Start menu, click Start Run and enter mmc to open the Microsoft Management Console. Click File Add/Remove Snap-in from the Microsoft Management Console. Click Add. Select Certificates and click Add.
Certificate installation Open the Microsoft Management Console (Start MMC); Provide the self-signed certificate: Choose File Add/Remove Snap-in; in the standalone tab, choose Add; choose the Certificates snap-in Add; in the wizard, choose the Computer Account Local Computer; press Finish to end the wizard;
To add certificates to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store for a local computer, please follow the steps below: Click Start, click Start Search, type mmc, and then press ENTER. Under Available snap-ins, click Certificates, and then click Add. Click Local computer, and click Finish.
The following steps configure HTTPS using a self-signed certificate: Create a new self-signed certificate. Configure ArcGIS Server to use the certificate. Configure each GIS server in your deployment. Configure HTTPS for your site. Access your site using HTTPS. Import the certificate into the OS certificate store.
