Save meeting changes but dont send updates with Save feature Double click to open the meeting, and make any changes as you need. Click the Save button and the Close button successively on the Quick Access Toolbar. See screenshot: Note: This method works well when you change the meeting note only.
Change options for all meetings in a series Once you click the meeting, a prompt will appear. In the new window, change any options, such as subject, location, and time. To change recurrence options, in the Meeting Series tab, click Reccurence. Change the options you desire, then click OK.
