hey guys welcome back to another techguru video today were in docHub Photoshop CC and Im going to be showing you guys how to resize an individual layer within Photoshop so youve already placed an image or youve got a grouped layer together and you want to just resize that single layer how do we do that so the first thing you need to do is go over to your layers panel over here in the lower right hand corner if you have it over here like you normally would and select that layer itll be highlighted a blue color depending on which version of Photoshop that you currently have once it is highlighted Im going to go up to where you see edit go to edit and then go down to transform youll see transform here the one right above it is free transform click on that now you can go to transform and do a few things here but if you go to free transform that will bring up the resizing box and will allow you to move it around and not only move it around but resize that individual layer so again go
