hi everybody this is clicker for personas and in this studio one minute i want to share a really cool sampling trick for impact xt with you resampling virtual instruments inside of impactxt to use them in your kit for pattern and so forth is incredibly easy simply go to the node that you want to resample or it can also be an entire part of course and then use the tab key to go directly to the node onset now im going to use alt x on the windows pc or option in x on the mac to precisely split this node at the playhead cursor position and once ive done that im going to open up impactxt which ive prepared on a separate track here now im going to click the blue needle icon to make sure that the editor stays open as im going back into the arrangement and then im going to drag this part onto an available pad once i do that studio one is immediately converting this midi event into audio and then i can use that in my impact xc pattern you
