On the View and Edit Email Templates in Salesforce Classic page, click Edit Template. Enter markup text for your Visualforce email template. To specify the version of Visualforce and the API used with this email template, click Version Settings.
Classic Email Templates can be found by doing the following: Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of any page and click Setup. On the left side of the page, in the Quick Find Box, type email templates Click on Classic Email Templates

Modify or Create Email Templates in Salesforce Classic From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Email Templates , and then select Classic Email Templates. Click an email template name. Click Edit HTML Version. Replace the existing survey link with the following HTML. Complete this change for both surveys.
Editing a template doesnt automatically update emails already created from that template. Deleting a template doesnt delete the emails created from that template. From the content library, select the template you want to modify. To edit the template, click Edit and drag blocks.
Edit a Template To access your available templates, click the Compose button, and select Template Library. Find the template you want to edit. Click Open Template. Click the lock icon and unlock the template. Add your changes to the template. To prevent accidental changes after you edit, lock the template.
Click Create New Folder or Edit from the Documents tab or the Classic Email Templates Setup page. Enter a Folder Label . Choose a Public Folder Access option. Select an email template and click Add to store it in the new folder. Choose a folder visibility option: Click Save.
