hello my name is Chris and in todays video Im going to show you how to change a contacts email address to get started go over to the contacts tab on the left side menu from here you can select either the tenant the owner or the service provider the process of changing the email address is going to be the same for each one next well go over and select the tenants contact card that we want to change the email address for in this case well do the test tenant from here youll go up to the actions menu in the upper right corner and select edit next youll notice that the email address box is grayed out the reason for this is because you are connected to this tenant the connection is done via the email address which means that the tenant is logging into their account using this same email address so in order to change the email address we must first remove the connection which will then open up the email box to be able to edit it we can simply update the email address select update and

Rental Application cannot be edited. RentSpree uses a standard rental application and has the C.A.R. rental application available that cannot be edited or changed. The standard application can be used nationwide, and you can view a sample report HERE.
You can also edit the rental application if the status is Submitted or Pending. You cannot edit the rental application if the status is In Review, Approved, or Declined.
For the most part, it only makes sense to reapply for an apartment if the reason you were initially rejected is no longer applicable. For example, if your income fell below the required minimum, but youve since secured a raise and now earn enough to cross the threshold, submitting a new application could work.
Mention a few of the benefits and features that you can point out about the apartment that you really like. When thanking them for their time, also state that you look forward to hearing from them soon with their decision.
