In this tutorial, Justin OD shows how to create a glitchy DHF style rewind effect in Adobe Premiere Pro from scratch. He starts with a normal clip playing at normal speed, then duplicates it and reverses the duplicate clip to create the rewind effect. To do this, he right-clicks on the clip, goes to speed and duration, checks the reverse speed box, and adjusts the speed as needed. This creates a glitchy rewind effect in the video timeline.
