hi this is phil diebendorf i want to give you a quick overview as a supervisor as to what to do with employee goal setting so in a previous video i showed from the employee perspective how to set individual goals using a workflow once that employee has completed that that will then be routed as a workflow to you as that employee supervisor to review and approve and and launch the review if youre ready to do that so youve been notified by email that uh you have a a workflow to action so you come in select the review planning workflow under gary just by clicking the uh the envelope here which says you have new workflows click the appropriate workflow and it will show you here that uh gary has submitted this workflow it shows you the two goals that he submitted that he thinks are appropriate for him and you have the ability to change those by clicking on the the plus sign there or the edit sign there you could delete it by clicking on the delete you could add additional goals by clickin
