welcome to great office partner training Im going to show you how you can go and see the completed jobs as well as if youve sent a secure print job that you do not want to print until you release it Im going to show you where you can find that you go to the icon where it says jobs you simply click on it the first thing that comes up is all the jobs and youll see different jobs under different people that has already been completed or deleted as well as the secure print job if you said the job thats a secure print that wont you do not want to release until you put your PIN code in you simply click on secure jobs youll see theres my folder I click on it I enter my password I hit OK now I have the option of deleting all if I have multiple jobs in there or I can simply print all and all you do is click on me the job and it will start printing
