Log in to your OpenTable diner account. Select the profile picture icon at the top right, and choose My Profile in the drop-down. Select the icon to the left of your name. and then select Upload photo.
Give them your name, the number of your party, and the date and time youd like to come in. If the restaurant can accommodate you, theyll take your information and confirm your reservation. If not, theyll suggest alternative dates or times that might work better for you.
What is the cost of OpenTable SMS messages? SMS messaging is free for the restaurant, but guests are subject to standard text messaging rates billed by their cell phone provider. The best practice is to inform the guest of potential fees from their cell phone provider before opting them into SMS messages.
Click the upcoming reservation and then Edit Reservation. The reservation will open in another tab allowing you to make changes.
As disclosed in our Privacy Policy, OpenTable may send text messages related to your reservation and waitlist requests, reminders and updates, receipts, technical notices, security alerts, and support and other administrative messages.
Guests can confirm their reservation through their email, and if they do, their table status will update to Confirmed Web. Online Reservations will also receive OpenTable review requests and restaurant feedback requests. Emails are sent at a specific time. There is no option to change the timing of email messages.
Log in to the Opentable for Restaurants website. Select the recipient for your message. New conversation: Navigate to the reservation listing in Front of House and select Message. Existing conversation: Select the messages icon in top right and select the existing conversation.
Resend a booking confirmation to an in-house reservation Log in to the OpenTable for Restaurants website or app. Open the menu. Navigate to the date and shift when the reservation is booked. Select the reservation name in the list to pull up the reservation card. Select Send Booking confirmation.
