From the Note Summary view Select the three dots to access the drown-down menu, then select Edit or Delete.
To learn more, read Download and Print Notes. In the section labeled Notes and Files for this Patient, click the Edit. Click the Delete Note link in the bottom right corner of the note. A warning dialog will appear to alert you that the note will be permanently deleted. Click the Delete button.
After selecting the encounter from the patients chart, click on the note tab located on the right side of the screen. 2. Once the note is open you will click on the More drop down and select Remove Cosign.
Go to Patients Patient List or enter a patients name or chart ID in the Search field in the top right. In the Patient List, click on the chart ID of the patient you would like to make inactive. Once in the patients chart, select the Important tab and go to Status and select Inactive or Inactive - Deceased.
If a note is incomplete from the previous clinician, a pop up window will ask if a new note is needed or you want to Open the incomplete note. Make sure to select Create New Note as each clinician will have their own note.
You can delete any Unsigned Encounters from within the EHR. To do this, open the encounter and click the Action menu from the right hand side. Select Delete and you will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Once the note is deleted you will not be able to retrieve it again.
Contact your providers office directly and ask them to disable your account. Your provider has the ability to deactivate your Patient Fusion account. You may contact your providers office directly and ask them to disable your account.
Signed encounters can only have an addendum added and cannot be deleted.
