Go to Settings ⚙ and select Tags (Take me there). Find the tag or tag group you want to edit. Under the Action column, select the Run report ▼ dropdown. Then select Edit tag or Edit group.
You can only delete your Google tag when viewing it in Tag Manager. On the Tag Manager Accounts screen, click on the Google tags tab. Select the Google tag that youd like to delete. Go to the Admin tab. In the Manage Google tag section, select Delete from the 3 dot menu.
