Files in trash will be automatically deleted after 30 days. You can restore files from your trash before the 30-day time window. You can also permanently delete them to empty your trash. If you delete, restore, or permanently delete multiple files or folders at once, it might take time for you to notice the changes.

In SQL, you can delete a row in a table by using the DELETE query and the WHERE clause.

Please ensure you are in Normal view. To check, click the sheet tab on which you have this issue, click View tab on the ribbon and check if Normal is selected in the Workbook Views group. Try deleting/ inserting rows/columns again.
In most cases, it may be because there are shared collaboration folders in the files you deleted, and these files may reappear after deletion. Besides, if you directly delete a certain folder, the files under that folder may not be deleted, they still exist in Google Drive.
It is actually simple. You just use backspace on the next page to the blank page and it automatically deletes the blank page.
