If you received the message This phone number has already been taken when adding a phone number to an account, it means the phone number is already associated with another Microsoft account. You can transfer the phone number if you own both accounts.

On the left navigation pane, go to Meetings Conference bridges. Highlight the service toll number that you want to configure as the default. Select Set as default.
