Delete an existing permission set From the list of Permission Sets, click the Del action before the Permission Set Label that you want to delete. Click Ok on the warning message that appears.
Deleted fields are removed from any AppExchange package(s), so youll need to re-add the field to the package/s. Relationship fields are converted to lookup fields upon deletion, so youll need to edit and restore any master-detail relationships.
Go to the Users Profile and Navigate to General user permissions section on the profile. Uncheck the below two permissions: Edit Events and Edit Tasks. This will make sure that the user cannot delete any activities.
To edit multiple permission sets: Select the checkboxes next to the permission sets, then in the top bar click edit Edit. In the right panel, click Change next to any permission you want to update, then update the permission.
Select a permission set. In the permission set toolbar, click Manage Assignments. Select the users to remove from this permission set. You can remove up to 1000 users at a time.
Delete an existing permission set From the list of Permission Sets, click the Del action before the Permission Set Label that you want to delete. Click Ok on the warning message that appears.
Under Multi-account permissions, choose Permission sets. Select the permission set that you want to delete, and then choose Delete. In the Delete permission set dialog box, type the name of the permission set to confirm deletion, and then choose Delete.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users , and then select Users. Click the name of the user whose permission set license you want to remove. In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, click Del next to the permission set license that you want to remove, and then click OK.
