Delete a lookup field Open the table in Datasheet View. Locate the lookup field, right-click the header row , and then click Delete Field. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Delete a table relationship On the Database Tools tab, in the Relationships group, click Relationships. On the Design tab, in the Relationships group, click All Relationships. Click the relationship line for the relationship that you want to delete. Press the DELETE key.
To avoid this problem, you can break the many-to-many relationship into two one-to-many relationships by using a third table, called a join table. Each record in a join table includes a match field that contains the value of the primary keys of the two tables it joins.
Click Data Relationships. In the Manage Relationships dialog box, select one relationship from the list. Click Delete. In the warning dialog box, verify that you want to delete the relationship, and then click OK.
Access opens the table in Datasheet view. Select the field (the column) that you want to change. On the Fields tab, in the Properties group, click the arrow in the drop-down list next to Data Type, and then select a data type. Save your changes.
Create a lookup field In the Access desktop program, open the table in Design view. In the first empty row in the list of fields, type a name for the new lookup field and choose Lookup in the Data Type column. Click I want the lookup field to get the values from another table or query.

In the Users application, access the user for whom you want to delete database access. Select the Database Access action. In the Database Access window, click Drop Database User. Click OK.
