in this video Im going to guide you through how to use consent forms or clinic pad first of all we need to set this up for our users and a start we will need to add a new tab to their charting area and we can do this by going into the chart section clicking on the spanner going to select which tabs you use in the activity area clicking next and moving consents from left to right will now see the consent tab there now we have the tab we want to set up the forms ready to use and we do that by clicking on the spanner at the bottom right the first time we entered at this screen will be empty so to add a template you simply place plus one add a name for the template and add a body this is the text youll want them to see and sign something like that we click Save and as you can see from here you can add as many templates as you want you can simply click plus one you can edit any template or you can delete any templates so now the templates are set up lets have a look at how this works so
