[Music] hey guys welcome back to wp event manager and in this video we're gonna talk about a settings of our registration add-on that called delete with event okay so this settings is a simple setting and and only control our little thing in the website but it's pretty useful i'm gonna explain it to you in a very short moment let's go ahead and take a look at the settings first so it's available under even registration settings then management tab okay so the settings delete with event it lets you select whether you want to delete the registrations with your event when you delete it from your event dashboard okay by default it will be turned off if you delete your event from the website it won't delete the registration alongside with it but if we check this on and save our changes now if we go ahead and delete any event from the event dashboard it will delete the registration alongside with as well okay so let's go ahead and take a look at our digitization dashboard and we can decide...

Whova Support Yes, you can export an attendee list from the using the Export Attendees button in your Attendees page.
1. Navigate to the specific events overview page. 2. Click the blue button Cancel Event within the Actions section, located on the left side of the page.
If you hosted event website on portal, your customer can log into portal and cancel their registration in a registration list. If he/she has no credential(not sign in), we should cancel registration directly in Registraion and attendance tab Event Registration section.
Please note that we do not have a way to cancel appointments for the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day ​event. Though you can opt not to attend the event, this wont affect your Certification Profile or your eligibility for a discount.
In order to delete an event you need to contact support@whova.com and request that your event be taken off of the dashboard. The support team will delete your event as soon as possible.
For registration cancellation requests, theres no specific support team who can cancel training registrations. What we normally suggest for these types of requests is to ignore the email invitation and not to attend the training. From there, youll receive an email notification saying that you missed the training.
Q. How long will the event information be stored in Whova? A.By default it is stored for 3 months. If you need longer time, just contact your account manager to get help.
Log into the Organizer Dashboard and go to the Tools tab near the top of the page. On the left-hand sidebar, choose Moderator Tools, and then Photos. There, you will see a list of all the photos and videos that have been uploaded. Find the photo or video you want to get rid of and click Delete.
Once you are looking at your attendee list go to the attendee you would like to remove and click on the little trashcan all the way to the right of their name next to the category they are in.
To delete an event program item: From the Staff site, navigate to Events Find events. Open the desired event you wish to modify. On the Showcase tab, in the Program section, find the program item to be deleted. Select the program item link to open it. From the drop-down, select Delete.
