hereamp;#39;s a quick tip on customizing the terminal colors in Visual Studio code you can see that Iamp;#39;ve run a ruby program down here in the terminal and it just displays it white on black while I can change the colors easily by loading a different theme ctrl K ctrl T is the default key stroke hotkey for that so Iamp;#39;ll pick well light here changes all the colors including the color of the terminal to light now Iamp;#39;m a traditionalist and I like my terminal to be green text on black just like in the good old days how do I do that short of writing my own theme from scratch itamp;#39;s really quite easy to do that by customizing whatever is the default theme so I go file preferences and settings find workbench appearance color customizations editing settings Jason hereamp;#39;s my color settings these override the settings in whatever theme I got already loaded now Iamp;#39;ve already got the to save time got the text that I need to customize the terminal Iamp;#39;
