all right folks welcome to another video today we have these uh pair of boots that have some light uh scratches you can see that here so what weamp;#39;re going to do is weamp;#39;re going to clean them with saddle soap weamp;#39;re going to condition them and if we need to and probably will weamp;#39;re going to apply the uh shoe cream okay so letamp;#39;s um clean this warm water and saddle soap now the reason why i said um weamp;#39;ll apply the shoe cream if we need to is that a lot of shoes when they have very light scratches itamp;#39;s not really a recoloration that you need um theyamp;#39;re dry so any little scratch will show and once you apply once you clean them and apply leather conditioner a lot of those uh usually disappear so weamp;#39;ll see how these look once we apply the leather conditioner thank okay weamp;#39;re gonna let that dry okay so we cleaned it itamp;#39;s dry now weamp;#39;re going to apply the leather conditioner if i didnamp;#39;t say before

Place a few drops of mild dish soap in to a small bowl of warm water and gently stir. Dip in your soft cloth or sponge, and wring out before gently scrubbing the mark, making sure not to saturate the area, and finish by wiping dry with a soft, clean cloth.
Darkening Leather with Polish Apply a small amount of polish to the cloth. Rub the polish into the entire surface of the leather using a circular motion. Apply as many coats as you need to darken the leather to your liking (youll probably need at least two coats).
Mink oil works for darkening leather while also acting as a leather conditioner, keeping it healthy, durable, and flexible.
Leather Scuff Leather Scratch Repair Method CLEAN THE AREA. As with all quality leather repairs and restorations, the first step is to ensure the area is free from dirt and contaminants. SAND ROUGH PATCHES. APPLY FILLER. SAND FILLER LEVEL. APPLY COLOURANT.
Try White, Non-Gel Toothpaste As a mild abrasive, toothpaste can help remove scuff marks from walls as well. To clean, place less than a pea-sized amount on a cotton swab and gently rub back and forth until the mark is removed. Then, use a clean damp cloth to wipe away residue.
Applying leather polish is a great way to darken your leather naturally without causing any damage. Before you begin, ensure that the leather is clean and free of debris. Pick a natural leather polish like beeswax or coconut oil and put it on in thin layers using a soft cloth or brush with bristles.
First add a small amount of leather oil to the area and rub in a circular motion which may help to lessen the scratch. Leave to dry completely and apply some leather conditioner in order to maintain a good level of oil and wax in the leather. Using Vaseline is also a good option for light scratches.
There are shoe care products known as renovator creams available that are designed for the purpose of fixing scuffs within leather shoes. A renovator cream is similar to a shoe polish but more viscous with restorative paste-like properties and is often viewed as a repair cream or shoe scuff remover.
