Scuffs on floors and walls are often easier to remove when theyre fresh. Rather than docHubing for harsh chemicals first, try plain water. Start with a damp, soft cloth or sponge, and gently wipe the mark so keep the surface safe.
There are shoe care products known as renovator creams available that are designed for the purpose of fixing scuffs within leather shoes. A renovator cream is similar to a shoe polish but more viscous with restorative paste-like properties and is often viewed as a repair cream or shoe scuff remover.
Remove scuff marks with petroleum jelly Step 1: Using a clean and dry cloth, apply a small amount of petroleum jelly in circular motions to the affected area of the shoe. Step 2: Allow the product to sit briefly on the surface before removing it with another clean cloth.
TOP TIPS: Use a solvent-based wax or solvent to remove scuff marks; Never underestimate what a soft CLOTH can do; Use a pencil eraser for plastic or vinyl flooring.
