In the Advanced View Settings dialog box, click Conditional Formatting. A set of default rules appears. This includes the Unread messages rule. This rule makes unread messages appear bold in the message list.
Email redaction removes sensitive information from emails before they are shared with anyone outside the organization. This is done to maintain the data security and privacy of the entire document, protect email messages, or comply with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
Create a new conditional formatting rule Navigate to Settings Mail Conditional Formatting. Select + Create new conditional formatting rule. Name your new rule. Choose your condition(s). Select the font color for the message list to display. When youre satisfied with your selection, click OK. Click Save.

Redacting the email content if text is still present that needs redacting right click the word (or make a selection) and right click and choose redact.
